Welcome

We are delighted to welcome you to our villa. To ensure your stay is as enjoyable and seamless as possible, please take a moment to review the following information regarding your booking, house rules, and privacy.

 

1. Reservations & Payments

To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Payments can be made securely via bank transfer or credit card.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change.

  • More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund.
  • 30–60 days before arrival: Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: Full payment is non-refundable.

For date changes, please contact us directly – we will do our best to accommodate your new plans.

 

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 15:00 (3 PM)

  • Check-out: By 10:00 (10 AM)
    Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, subject to availability.

     

4. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and to preserve the serenity of our villa, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

  • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00
  • No smoking inside the villa.
  • Pets: [Allowed upon request / Not allowed] (adjust as needed)
  • Parties & Events: Not permitted without prior approval.
  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
  • Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

 

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €XXX is required upon arrival to cover any potential damage. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to inspection.

 

6. Liability

We take great care to provide a safe and comfortable environment, but please note:
The owners cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

 

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to manage your reservation and improve your guest experience. Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
